Product Manager

Hamilton recherche un Product Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de développement produit. Le candidat idéal possèdera une solide expérience dans la gestion de projets de développement produit, ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des problématiques techniques horlogères.

Missions
  • Responsabilité du développement de lignes de produits :
    • Participation à l'élaboration du design produit
    • Etablissement de la planification et suivi des délais
    • Consultation et suivi des fournisseurs, pilotage de la convergence design-production-coûts
    • Négociation des prix des composants en collaboration avec les Achats
    • Etablissement des calculs de prix
    • Pilotage de la fabrication des prototypes
    • Etablissement de la documentation technique
  • Coordination du lancement du produit :
    • Participation au plan de communication Produit en collaboration avec le Marketing
    • Mise à disposition du Marketing et de la Vente des informations et outils nécessaires pour la promotion des Produits en phase de lancement
    • Présentations internes et externes des nouveautés, participation à des formations Produit dans les filiales
  • Suivi des lignes de produit :
    • Analyse des ventes en collaboration avec la Vente
  • Participation à l'élaboration du Plan Produit
  • Contrôle et coordination des montres pour les départements Marketing et Vente
  • Préparation des présentations produits et des feuilles de route ainsi que des tableaux de produits
  • Mise à jour des manuels d'utilisation
  • Développement d'emballages spéciaux
  • Préparation et diffusion des fiches techniques des produits
  • Organisation de formations internes
  • Analyse des tendances des marchés
Exigences
  • CFC d'employé.e de commerce
  • Formation supérieure en marketing avec une 1^e expérience réussie dans le développement Produit
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'horlogerie au sein d'un département développement Produit ou Marketing
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets avec capacités de vue d'ensemble dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire
  • Intérêt prononcé pour le marketing produit
  • Compréhension des problématiques techniques horlogères
  • Langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais
  • Maîtrise des produits MS Office
  • Connaissances SAP un atout
