Project Delivery Lead

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans that meet objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Qualification phases.
  • Establish project charters, including scope of work, goals, and deliverables, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet required safety and quality standards, adhering to internal procedures, specifications, and health authority requirements.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities within the project organization and develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Establish project teams and ensure appropriate coaching, development, and performance feedback to direct reports.
  • Secure optimal information flow within the project organization and at interfaces with stakeholders.
  • Report regularly on project progress, identifying potential issues and ensuring alignment with internal and external partners.

Key requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in CAPEX API projects, with a degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related science discipline.
  • Deep knowledge of Project Management, Strategy, and Execution, including controlling and benchmarking.
  • Fluent English is a must, with German a significant advantage.
