Business Controller

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking for a challenging role in finance? We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at ALSO Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement budgetary plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with management to define departmental objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and the Group.
- Design and maintain control tools to monitor customer and seller performance.
- Support functional managers in their decision-making processes.
- Participate in the reporting process at national and Group level, including monthly closings, forecasts, budgets, and plans.
- Perform analysis of reports and discrepancies, making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop business measures to enhance financial performance and monitor their effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Higher education in business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably with experience in IT or B2B distribution.
- Team management experience.
- Business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent understanding of financial metrics.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapid changes.
- International/multicultural profile, able to work with actors from other countries.
- Strong work ethic, resistance to pressure, good team spirit, ability to meet multiple deadlines, increased communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English/Italian.
