Anforderungen
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Softwarebetrieb, in der Systementwicklung, im Softwaretesting und/oder als IT-Projektleiter
- Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, im System Design, bei der Erarbeitung von Software-Architekturen, Systemspezifikationen und der Implementierung und dem Testing von Software-Systemen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung im Fachgebiet und in Agile-Methoden (Scrum, DevOps etc.)
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
- Ergebnisorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Stilsichere Ausdrucksfähigkeit mündlich und schriftlich in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung mit Immobilienverwaltungslösungen, Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) sowie Fachanwendungen für die Logistik und Infrastrukturdienste oder im Gebäudeleitsysteme sind von Vorteil
- Verständnis über die Prozesse im Fachbereich Real Estate und Facility Management sind ein Extra
