Job Title: Experienced Consultant Transformation

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team at SKAN AG. As a transformation expert, you will be responsible for managing projects that involve the harmonization of processes and tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects that involve the harmonization of processes and tools across the organization
  • Coordinate interfaces and clarify requirements between departments and projects
  • Ensure compliance with project objectives, costs, quality, and deadlines
  • Project reporting to group management
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
  • Stakeholder management, change management, and setting up the project organization
  • Methodological specifications and support for process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration into the system landscape

Requirements:

  • Many years of experience as a project manager or programme manager
  • Experience in setting up PLM systems is desired
  • Very good E2E process experience in mechanical or plant engineering in larger companies
  • Experience with the introduction/migration/consolidation of ERP systems (SAP)
  • Very good knowledge of English and German is required
  • Willingness to travel up to approx. 20% of the time
