About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Expert to join our team at SKAN AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the harmonization of processes and tools across the organization, ensuring seamless integration of ERP, PLM, CAE, CMS, and configurators.
  • Coordinate interfaces and clarify requirements between departments and projects, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with project objectives, costs, quality, and deadlines, maintaining a high level of accountability and responsibility.
  • Provide regular project reporting to group management, ensuring transparency and visibility into project progress.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
  • Manage stakeholders, facilitate change, and establish a project organization that promotes efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop methodological specifications and support process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration into the system landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a project manager or programme manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Desirable experience in setting up PLM systems and a deep understanding of E2E process experience in mechanical or plant engineering.
  • Experience with ERP system introduction, migration, or consolidation, particularly with SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to work in a global environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
