We are W Talent, a global firm offering high-end financial advisory and strategic consultancy services. Our client seeks a seasoned Corporate Finance & Treasury Analyst to join their team in Switzerland.

Job Summary
  • This role involves overseeing cash flow and liquidity management to ensure operational efficiency and minimizing financial risks.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for banking and financial partnerships, handling global treasury functions and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • They will contribute to developing currency risk management strategies and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • The individual will support the execution of financial initiatives and optimization projects, focusing on process improvements and cost savings.
  • They will administer and maintain treasury systems, ensuring seamless financial processes and accuracy in data reconciliation between ERP systems and treasury platforms.
  • The candidate will manage funding and cash pooling structures to enhance capital utilization and optimize financial resources.
  • They will generate financial reports and insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • The individual will ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations, maintaining the highest standards of governance and transparency.
  • They will assist with accounting and tax-related matters within the broader financial framework, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • Relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial operations, showcasing expertise in financial management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in treasury management platforms and financial reporting tools, enabling efficient data analysis and decision-making.
  • Strong familiarity with ERP systems and financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Advanced data analysis and modeling skills using Excel or similar tools, driving insights and recommendations to support business growth.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities, tackling complex financial challenges and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Experience in leading or supporting financial process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong asset, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with global teams.
