About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team in Zurich. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and contributing to creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including size, fit, materials, and styling options.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with receiving and processing deliveries.
  • Contribute to preparing seasonal campaigns and sales events.

  • Enthusiasm for fashion, quality, and sustainability.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and availability during peak customer periods.
  • Good English and local language skills.
