Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced software developer to design and develop application software related to detector controls systems for high-energy physics experiments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, testing, commissioning, and operating complex software systems, ensuring their efficient operation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop application software related to detector controls systems
- Implement and configure controls systems, defining the appropriate implementation strategy
- Test and deploy detector control systems, defining test strategies and environments
- Support, maintain, and improve control systems, providing technical assistance to users

Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in industrial control systems, software development, deployment, and maintenance, as well as hardware integration
- Knowledge of software life-cycle tools and procedures, application software related to detector controls systems, and re-use, refactoring, integration, and porting of existing software
