Job Title: Growth Hacker / Head of Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Hacker / Head of Sales & Marketing to join our team and help shape our strategy for scaling rapidly in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a scalable growth strategy for our AI solutions in Hospitality and Real Estate.
  • Drive sales by identifying target clients, building relationships, and closing deals in international markets.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Implement growth hacking techniques to scale rapidly in key markets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and prepare for upcoming funding rounds by leveraging your network.
  • Continuously optimize growth tactics based on data and metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in growth hacking, sales, or marketing for a tech startup, ideally in AI or SaaS.
  • Knowledge of AI or tech products, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Experience in international markets, particularly B2B environments.
  • A self-driven attitude, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experimentation mindset: someone who can test, iterate, and drive results through data.
  • Travel readiness: open to representing ailean globally.
