Übernahme der Leitung des System Engineering Bereichs

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Leiter System Engineering, der die strategische Ausrichtung und Führung des Bereichs übernimmt. Als Leiter System Engineering sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Technologien, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind.

Hauptaufgaben:
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines neuen Teams: Sie bilden ein neues Team auf und führen es in die Implementierung von Technologien ein.
  • Gestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung: Sie entwickeln und implementieren Strategien für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Technologien.
  • Leitung internationaler Projekte: Sie leiten komplexe Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
  • Pflege und Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen: Sie pflegen und entwickeln langfristige Kundenbeziehungen durch enge Zusammenarbeit und Verhandlungen.
  • Lösung technischer und organisatorischer Herausforderungen: Sie lösen technische und organisatorische Herausforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Anforderungen:
  • Ausbildung: Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Systemingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Systemingenieurwesen, davon 3-5 Jahre in einer Führungsposition sowie internationale Erfahrung in der Abwicklung komplexer Projekte.
  • Technische und projektmanagementbezogene Fähigkeiten: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Zertifizierungen wie IPMA oder ITIL. Kenntnisse im Bereich Aerospace & Defense sind von Vorteil.
  • Führungskompetenzen: Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management von Teams. Sie bringen ausgeprägten technischen Scharfsinn sowie Fairness und Genauigkeit im Führungsstil mit.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
