Mobile Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for analyzing iOS mobile applications, maintaining and improving our automated testing systems, and collaborating with the team to ensure the quality and stability of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of iOS mobile applications to understand their technical behavior and underlying code.
  • Maintenance, orchestration, and improvement of existing systems for automated testing and analysis tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile OS releases and development tools relevant to the iOS platform.
  • Collaboration with the team to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
  • Participation in agile ceremonies and contribution to the overall mobile app automation engineering.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with iOS development, with a strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including app installation processes, file structures, and security mechanisms.
  • Strong experience with Python and Bash scripting.
  • Meticulous and hands-on approach to ensuring that all automated processes are reliable, accurate, and produce consistent results.
  • Proficiency in reverse engineering and analyzing mobile applications using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of static and dynamic analysis tools.
  • Strong experience with Linux-based systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or mobile security is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
