Forensic Specialist

Das Forensic Team von KPMG unterstützt Kunden bei der Reduzierung von Risiken und der Minimierung von Schäden aufgrund von Fehlverhalten. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, in Fällen von Wirtschaftskriminalität (Fraud Investigation) Betrug, Geldwäscherei, Veruntreuung, Non-Compliance und Korruption aufzudecken und zu bekämpfen.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Bereite und führe Untersuchungen in Fällen von Wirtschaftskriminalität durch, insbesondere in den Bereichen Betrug, Geldwäscherei, Veruntreuung, Non-Compliance und Korruption
- Arbeite in Projekten zur Prävention, Aufdeckung und Reaktion auf Betrug und Fehlverhalten
- Kooperiere mit dem Forensic Technology Team zur digitalen Beweisführung
- Erarbeite Empfehlungen für Präventionsmassnahmen gegen Betrug und Fehlverhalten
- Unterstütze bei Verhandlungen mit der Polizei und den Behörden, bei juristischen Verfahren und bei der internen und externen Kommunikation
Voraussetzungen:
- Studium in Rechtswissenschaften oder erfolgreiche Ausbildung zum Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten Berufsfeldern wie Audit, Forensic mit Fokus auf Fraud Investigations/Korruption
- Forensik- oder Compliance Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung in Forensik (oder Forensik-nahen Berufsfeldern) wird vorausgesetzt, Arbeitserfahrung im Accounting ist von Vorteil
