Job Title: Cloud Architect

As a Cloud Architect at HR Talent House SA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cloud strategies, oversee architecture design, and ensure optimal performance and security of cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Strategy: Develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Architecture Design: Design and manage cloud architecture, including network configurations, data storage, and security protocols, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of cloud solutions, including migration of existing applications and data to the cloud.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Security Management: Establish and enforce security policies and practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud services.
Profile Sought:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, Google Cloud Architect) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), networking concepts, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
