Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated 360° Senior Communication Manager to join our agile cross-functional team, the Expert Body Care Squad. This team is responsible for developing and elevating our body care expertise while promoting the brand DNA.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 360° communication strategy with a consumer-centric approach across all channels to build and reinforce our brand presence and recruitment.
- Lead the development of 360° communication campaigns, ensuring consistency of all communication assets (offline & online), and manage relationships with key internal departments or agencies.
- Coordinate and support markets to ensure their cohesion with projects and collect local insights to continuously improve our relevance in meeting their local needs.
- Monitor and analyze project results, consolidate reports, and derive key learnings through qualitative and quantitative analyses measuring the impact of 360° actions.
- Support the team in improving existing tools & ways of working (Agile method).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Communication or Operational Marketing (communication project leader with a brand or in a local market).
- Previous experience in the cosmetic sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office softwares (Excel and Powerpoint focus).
- Strong understanding and passion for current online marketing concepts, strategies & best practices.
- Project management skills, at ease with both creative briefing and with analytical.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a can-do and positive attitude.
- Resilient, problem-solving attitude, flexibility & adaptability.
- Proactivity with an appetite for challenges and change.
