About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our in vitro biology efforts, including the design, execution, and interpretation of complex in vitro experiments. This role requires a strong background in in vitro pharmacology, advanced data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities and Expectations- You will develop and implement in vitro models to address critical questions in the most predictive way.
- You will design and execute complex in vitro preclinical experimental activities to validate and characterize targets or therapeutic agents.
- You will direct and/or perform in vitro / ex vivo experimental work to support the evaluation of lead candidates.
- You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of in vitro activities.
- You will manage external providers and guide the selection of preferred providers for outsourced studies.
- You will apply advanced data visualization tools, statistical methods, and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models.
- You will analyze and report data from IND-enabling activities, ensuring high-quality results and accurate conclusions.
- You will communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress and findings.
