We are looking for an enthusiastic Compliance Officer who will oversee and perform AML and KYC due diligence for new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight and execution of AML and KYC due diligence for new and existing clients.
  2. PEP screening and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients.
  3. Client onboarding process management.
  4. Client file review and updating.
  5. Suspicious transaction monitoring and investigation.
  6. Liaison with internal stakeholders.
  7. Regulatory requirement guidance.
  8. Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge on AML, KYC, and other relevant compliance regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably within private banking or financial services.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and PEP regulations.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory bodies and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.
