Specialist Onboarding Private Banking

Aufgaben

Verantwortlich für die Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Bewilligung von Kontoanträgen und Kontoeröffnungen für Vertragspartner / SPOC für Kontoanträge und Kontoeröffnungen von Privat- und Firmen-Kunden sowie EAM gegenüber dem Front Office / Korrekte Identifizierung des Kunden mit der Prüfung und Plausibilisierung komplexer Strukturen der Kundeninformation wie beispielsweise Firmen- und Board-, Trust-, Foundation- Strukturen oder legal Konstrukte / Unabhängige Due Diligence und Beurteilung der Informationen in den Kundendossiers / Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit der Kundeninformation / Richtige Wahl der Formulare gemäss VSB20, aber auch gemäss FATCA/QI und CRS/AIA / Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit der Kundeninformation bezüglich der Compliance gesetzlicher, vertraglicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben / Pflege der Schnittstellen zu Legal & Compliance und Front Office / Monitoring und Controlling der Kundeninformation im Kundendatensystem / Mitarbeit bei der weiteren Automatisierung der Abteilung / Ad hoc Projektarbeit.

Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung im Private Banking, Trust oder in einem Family Office oder in der Compliance-Beratung (BigFour) / Kenntnisse der Identifikationsprozesse von Kunden und der Regulierung im Bereich On-Boarding / Kenntnisse der Regeln und Prozesse im Bereich VSB 20 (Kundenidentifikation) / Kenntnisse im Bereich AML (Geldwäscherei-Gesetze) / Generalistisch-operative Kenntnisse bezüglich QI/FATCA und CRS/AIA, einschliesslich des Gebrauchs der Formulare / Flair für IT und Interesse an den Standardsystemen im Banking wie SimCorp, Finnova, Avaloq, etc. / Analytische, offene, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe / Generalistisch-ganzheitlicher, flexibler Mindset / Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion / Gewandt im Umgang mit MS-Office / Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch.
