Ihre Aufgaben

Als Datenschutz-Experte/in bei Kanton Zürich beraten Sie öffentliche Organe und Privatpersonen bei datenschutzrelevanten Angelegenheiten. Sie beurteilen datenschutzrelevante Erlasse, Vorhaben und Meldungen, erstellen Publikationen (Webartikel) und wirken in themenspezifischen Projekten mit. Sie sind Ansprechperson innerhalb der Aufsichtsbehörde für einen bestimmten thematischen Bereich, wie z.B. Videoüberwachung.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Rechtswissenschaften und interessieren sich für Datenschutz, Informatik und Informationssicherheit. Digitalisierungsthemen faszinieren Sie. Sie arbeiten gerne in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld, sind kommunikativ, dienstleistungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst. Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe rechtliche Fragen zu analysieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den Anforderungen des Datenschutzrechts entsprechen.
