{"h1": "Database Administrator Job Description", "p": "At Lombard Odier, we are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our Infrastructure Technology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our database infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be on managing over 450 Oracle instances and 200 servers running MSSQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure excellent service level of the database infrastructure in terms of availability, performance, and security
* Manage and participate in projects to evolve the database infrastructure
* Ensure the proper functioning and evolution of databases and the Datawarehouse
* Monitor the database infrastructure and investigate in case of failures and/or performance issues
* Provide technical support and operations to various teams (production, testing, application support) and 24x7 on-call for incidents on production and UAT environments

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Oracle and/or MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL databases
* Knowledge of high availability (Dataguard and Always On) is considered a plus
* Knowledge of scripting Shell Unix and PowerShell Windows
* Serious, proactive, motivated, open-minded, great adaptability, and strong team spirit
* Mastery of oral and written French and English
* Residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate (this point is mandatory and non-negotiable)
