Job Description

As a Client Services Project Manager I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Client Services department. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with other teams to create project documentation and ensure timely and controlled project progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate production orders in the ERP system (GPM) and associated documents.
  • Generate label print orders in the ERP system (Clinical Labelling system) and associated documents.
  • Participate in pre-operations meetings to discuss and resolve technical specifications and operational challenges of new projects.
  • Attend close-out meetings to review project success and participate in continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage online operational issues and resolve challenges to minimize disruption.
  • Understand and follow all job-relevant Thermo Fisher Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Act as the SME for the ERP system (GPM) users for the Client Services department, ensuring quick resolution of GPM issues in conjunction with GPM super users and the IT department.
  • Manage documentation administration tasks to facilitate the documentation process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance and revise Thermo Fisher Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, preferably in a pharma or commercial environment.
  • Organizational talent, motivation, and independence.
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the pharma industry, commercial operations, quality, and GMP skills.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Customer service experience.
