Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior PLM Consultant to lead our consulting team in shaping business requirements, creating value, and developing business cases. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and executing customer-facing workshops to drive business transformation
  • Developing and implementing communications plans, training programs, and internal governance structures
  • Reporting progress to the business and creating a positive momentum around the program
  • Leading a consulting team on large PLM programs and ensuring human transformation is ongoing and positive
  • Maintaining alignment with program objectives and facilitating change

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. Key skills include:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to create compelling business cases, roadmaps, and change management plans
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training programs
