About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our team as Visiting Associates. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges, analyze data, develop actionable recommendations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will also drive independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating in dynamic teams to address complex client challenges.
  • Analyzing data to formulate hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Communicating results effectively to stakeholders and driving implementation.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • Fifth semester or higher in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program.
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on national averages in Switzerland for a management consultant position. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to support your professional growth and well-being.
