Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Specialist to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our product operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our investment desks and administration of our Swiss funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate with internal and external counterparties operational support to the SIMSAG investment desks (Convertible Bonds, Swiss Equity and Real Estate) and to the administration of SIMSAG
- Oversight and coordination of the administration of the Swiss funds
- Coordinate and oversee projects such as implementation of operational changes, process developments and product onboarding
- Analysis, control and management of data for internal and external reporting
- Monitor the quality of services delegated to third parties (quality of delivery of services delegated and compliance with Service Level Agreements)
- Regular contact with internal and external parties. This may involve routine information exchange; assisting others in activities such as selling, maintaining client / supplier relationships
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent. Fully conversant with all major aspects within a specific area of Finance / Accounting
- 1 – 5 years' experience within the field
- Fluency in English and German
- Very good command of MS Office particularly Excel and Visual Basic
- Very good numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in coordinating projects
- Integrity and ability to interact with colleagues in a firm and professional manner
- Is required to make routine judgments in situations which are well precedent and uncontentious
- Problem solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
