Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Transformation Expert to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our Management Consulting firm, you will be responsible for designing and delivering strategies to improve HR processes, systems, and organizational set-up.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of HR shared services, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes, including hire-to-retire and talent-related processes.
- Support clients in reviewing their HR technology landscape and provide insights on market-leading solutions across the HR value chain.
- Build strong relationships with national and international clients, delivering proposals for new engagements and participating in thought leadership papers and go-to-market activities.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with 4-5 years of professional experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Generalist position and experience within a Management Consulting firm, with a deep understanding of HR Transformation projects, including reorganizations, process optimization, HCM implementation, and shared service center implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with French as an asset.
