Orbem MRI Field Service Specialist

Bruker is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Orbem team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to technical cases, including installations, support, software, and hardware issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting required KPIs.
- Support and solve technical incidents in your base country and/or other European countries, collaborating with the Orbem Field Service Engineer Team.
- Collaborate with the Orbem Team Service Leader and country Team Leader Field Service Switzerland to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A degree-level engineering qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of current regulatory, environmental, and safety legislation.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills, with a current valid driving license.
- Minimum work experience in technical field support and service within a global life sciences or related technical product work environment.
- Technical engineering work experience involving direct delivery of customer-facing and remote field service and support for complex life sciences products and advanced instrumentation.
- High knowledge of Bruker NMR/MRI instruments, hardware, software, and application is recommended.
- Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and Salesforce.
