About the Role

Vontobel Holding AG is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Collaboration Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and implementing Microsoft 365 functionalities to further develop our communication and collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 functionalities to enhance our communication and collaboration platform
  • Plan, implement, and lead new technical and/or organizational projects to ensure Microsoft 365 is a success and drives collaboration within the company
  • Develop and implement security measures for mobile devices and applications, addressing vulnerabilities, setting up policies, and configuring systems to ensure our mobile workplace devices are secure and efficiently managed using Microsoft Intune
  • Collaborate with various IT teams across the organization to ensure our mobile device strategies align with business needs, driving innovation and operational excellence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 products and services, including Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure graph
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting to automate tasks and manage systems efficiently
  • A strong foundation in mobile device and application management principles
  • Problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with IT teams and end-users, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation
  • Fluency in both English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
  • This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
