Insurance Risk Manager

Richemont Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Manager to join its Treasury and Risk department in Bellevue, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in designing and implementing the Group's risk transfer strategy to minimize the long-term cost of risk.
- Establish the framework for insurance processes associated with risk identification, loss assessment, and claims management.
- Assess and analyze the Group's insurance needs while interacting with various Group Functions and Maisons.
- Advise on insurance provisions in contracts and draft insurance clauses.
- Design and implement insurance solutions to protect the Group's assets and liabilities.
- Manage the Group's insurance coverage, including Jewellery, Specie, and Fine Art.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data to optimize the underwriting process of insurance programs and reduce the cost of risk.
- Develop and enhance insurance directives, protocols, and risk management frameworks.
- Manage claims in liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant university or business studies in insurance, economics, finance, law, or risk management.
- Professional insurance and risk management qualifications are an asset.
- 8-10 years of professional insurance/risk management experience in a multinational environment, ideally at the corporate level.
- Proven track record of achievements in managing global insurance programs, particularly Property & Casualty.
- Experience in Fine Art, Jewellery, and Specie insurance is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and French, with additional languages an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of SAP is an asset.
