**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Schaerer AG. As a Field Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in our field test equipment.

Main Responsibilities:**

  • Design, install, and maintain electrical systems in field test equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement electrical system test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Product Management and Technical Sales, to develop and implement electrical system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to colleagues and partners on electrical system design, installation, and maintenance best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in electrical system design and testing, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.
  • Work closely with Technical Product Managers to develop and implement product roadmaps that meet customer needs and expectations.
