Celeroton is a young, dynamic and growing high-tech company based in Volketswil. The gas bearing turbo compressors

with matching converters are used worldwide in fuel cell systems in the automotive, aerospace and marine industry as

the position of a

**Project Manager Industrialization (M/F/d) (80-100%)
**Your tasks**:

- Identify industrialization topics in turbo compressors, electrical motors and converter electronics of existing

products and new product developments
- Project team member in all project teams, responsible for design-to-manufacture of new product developments

and industrialization of existing product port-folio
- Design-to-manufacture in collaboration with development engineers, process engineers, quality engineers and

production
- Support project managers for planning and executing industrialization work packages
- Establishment of the supplier strategy, identification, evaluation and development
- Vertical integration and in-sourcing of key manufacturing know-how
- Contact point and responsibility for all industrialization topics

**Our requirements**:

- Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education
- Professional experience in the development of mechanical or mechatronic systems
- 5+ years of professional experience in the automotive sector for mid
- to large-scale production
- Knowledge in high speed machinery, power electronics, electrical machines and manufacturing methods thereof is a

strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and creativity
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of German is a strong plus
