We are looking for an experienced Motorsport HR Generalist to join our team in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for the administration of employee data, including salary, benefits, and time-off requests.
  • You will work closely with the HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations.
  • You will develop and implement HR processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • You will provide support to employees with queries related to social security, time tracking, and other HR-related matters.

Your Responsibilities

  1. You will be the primary point of contact for employees regarding questions related to approvals, social security, time tracking, etc.
  2. You will create and manage employment contracts in close coordination with HR Business Partners.
  3. You will be responsible for the accurate entry of master data into our HR system and handling of interactions with various authorities.
  4. You will record sickness and accidents, process with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system.
  5. You will plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees.
  6. You will organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
  7. You will contribute to the creation and optimization of HR processes.
  8. You will provide support in HR projects and the implementation of the company's strategy.
