Job Overview

We are in search of a highly competent and dedicated Chief Financial Officer to become an integral part of our vibrant and innovative organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and integrity of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of Group Financial Reporting, KPI analytics, and the creation of financial statements in accordance with OR and Swiss GAAP FER standards.
  • Direct the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and cost management efforts in partnership with the finance team.
  • Implement rigorous cost control measures and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee cash management, including foreign exchange operations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations in collaboration with local experts.
  • Manage intercompany invoicing, transfer pricing arrangements, and negotiate terms with production partners, suppliers, and key clients.
  • Lead the Finance and HR departments, representing the executive leadership team at the corporate headquarters.
  • Formulate and execute optimization strategies, providing insightful advice to management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile

Professional Experience

  • 12-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a senior finance role such as CFO or Head of Finance.

Educational Background

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting, particularly within Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a talent for uniting and inspiring teams, alongside strategic insight.
  • Familiarity with D365 or other complex ERP systems, exceptional Excel proficiency, and a digital mindset for automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, combined with strategic thinking and a decisive approach.
