Job Summary:
Sales Territory Manager at L'Occitane GmbH

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and develop strategic partnerships in the Romandie region.

Responsibilities include maximizing sales with existing customers, developing sales plans, training retailers' beauty advisors, implementing promotions with our marketing team, and monitoring competitors. You will also analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements include extensive experience in field retail, preferably with upmarket skincare products or a similar area in the cosmetics industry. You must possess strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as a strategic and analytical approach to work. A bachelor's degree in a related field is desired.
