Predictive Services Director

Main Responsibilities

As a Predictive Services Manager at Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Key Tasks

  • Collaborate with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for proactive maintenance activities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Review data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues.
  • Follow up with customers for rapid return to service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses to better serve their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, Data Analytics or Business Analytics.
  • Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Proficiency with IT Tools: Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.
  • Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German considered advantageous.
  • A team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development.
