Predictive Services Manager

- Your Tasks
- Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with Customers
- Collaborating with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for proactive maintenance activities
- Working with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Reviewing data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues
- Following up with Customers for rapid return to service
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses to better serve their needs

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, Data Analytics or Business Analytics, broad aerospace background advantageous, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency with IT Tools: Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.
- Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German considered advantageous
- A Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours
