Digital Product Manager for Customer Relationship Management

At Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, we're seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead our CRM product from concept to delivery. This role offers the ideal candidate a chance to shape the future of our customer support and after-sales experience.

We're looking for an expert who can analyze customer needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet our business goals.

This is a key role in our agile product team, working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact.

About You
  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Aviation, or Business, or have equivalent experience in related fields.
  • You possess extensive knowledge of CRM standard software, particularly in customer service, and have experience customizing solutions like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ZenDesk.
  • Your background includes 5+ years of experience managing digital products in agile roles, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • You're proficient in IT, web, design, and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma, Office 365, Azure Cloud, SAP, or others.
  • Your excellent communication skills are complemented by your independent personality and strong problem-solving abilities.
About the Job

As our Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the CRM product strategy, focusing on customer support and after-sales.
  • Analyzing customer requirements, comparing them with standard software and third-party systems, and representing these findings to IT and other business units.
  • Creating fit/gap analyses, concepts, and prioritized use cases for the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner.
  • Designing and visualizing the product roadmap, including risks, and ensuring regular communication of progress with various stakeholders up to management.
  • Collaborating and leading interactive workshops, testing, and data migrations within our global agile product team.

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
