**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless network administration and technical support. This senior-level role involves strategic oversight, process improvements, and team leadership to enhance operational efficiency and security across the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and network infrastructures.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, security measures, and best practices to ensure system reliability and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents (Level 2 and 3) related to system and network performance.
  • Drive IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and integration of new technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure optimal availability, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee external IT service providers.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in Swiss-German/German and professional-level English.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent (mandatory).
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support.
  • Certifications: Cisco, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) and system environments (Windows, Linux, virtualization).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset to drive operational improvements.
