Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to join our team in St. Gallen, Switzerland. As a key member of our global product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global product strategies that align with our corporate vision and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Manage product portfolios and ensure alignment with customer needs and market requirements.
- Develop and execute market launch plans, including trade fair promotions and scientific journal publications.
- Monitor financial performance and propose countermeasures to maintain profitability.
- Master's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or medical technology, with a strong background in business administration.
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or business development, with a minimum of 3 years as a Product Manager or BDM in a technical B-to-B environment.
- Strong analytical, technical, and presentation skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and regions.
- Excellent command of German and English, with an additional language a plus.
