Ihre Herausforderung

Das RF Wireless Connectivity Team entwickelt Technologien, Prozesse und Produkte für Antennen- & mm-wave-Anwendungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und in gemeinsamer Abstimmung mit dem Marktmanagement sowie unseren Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mechanische Verantwortung für die Bauteil-, Baugruppen- sowie Produktauslegung, inkl. Vorrichtungskonstruktion für den Musteraufbau unserer innovativen Antennenprodukte
  • Konzeptentwicklung, Materialauswahl und Einbringen neuer Technologien unter Berücksichtigung aller Fertigungs- und Prüfprozesse
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Leitung von Entwicklungs- sowie Kundenprojekten von der Anfrage/Idee bis zur Serienfreigabe
  • Planung, Aufbau und Organisation von Kundenmustern (Rapid Prototyping wie z.B. Additive Manufacturing; proof of concept)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Lieferanten, Partnern, Universitäten und Startup-Unternehmen für verschiedenste Disziplinen
  • Patentanmeldungen für den Schutz des geistigen Eigentums
Ihr Profil

Abschluss als Dipl.-Ing., Master Engineering, Bachelor Engineering, FH, ETH o.ä. mit einem technischen Schwerpunkt, idealerweise mit einer vorangegangenen praktischen Ausbildung

Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Entwicklungsbereich und in der Projektleitung

Kenntnisse im Werkzeugbau, Druckguss oder Spritzguss

Idealereweise sind Sie geübt im Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Tools (CATIA V5) und kennen FEM-Berechnungsmethoden

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Lieferanten, Freude an der Teamarbeit

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2) sowie Erfahrungen in der Anwendung der Standards IATF-16949, z.B. APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
