Administrative Assistant

In this diverse role, you will be responsible for various tasks in administration, project assistance, and the management of the back office for 2 partner lawyers at the law firm. You will conduct correspondence in German/English, process legal documents, coordinate projects and monitor them, and actively support various legal matters for your lawyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate correspondence with parties (e.g., submissions/records for courts, authorities)
- Monitor appointments and document management
- Create documents/reports
- Handle invoicing, monitor costs/budgets, and work on various internal projects
Requirements
To fill this role, you will need a completed commercial basic education. You should have several years of experience in a similar assistant function in a secretariat or law firm, which you have gained in international companies. You will communicate fluently in German and very well in English, and additional language skills are an asset.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Winjur) in the legal field
- Organized, uncomplicated, pragmatic, and loyal person with discretion and a structured approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and remain composed under pressure
