Job Title: IT Process Manager FICO

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Process Manager FICO to join our team at Tecan. As a key member of our IT Business Process Technology unit, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing finance-related applications and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of finance-related applications
- Collaborate with the Group Controlling Team and other process areas
- Document and update financial systems/modules/software
- Support strategic projects and transformation projects
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for global SAP-Helpdesk

Requirements:

- Proficient in SAP FI/CO, including end-to-end implementation and rollouts
- Experience in finance or accounting roles
- Cross-functional knowledge in SD, CS, PP, MM, etc.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- SAP Certification and S/4 HANA Finance experience
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
