Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on developing highly competitive trading algorithms and platforms.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art, industry-leading trade execution and connectivity solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis of DeFi protocols using on-chain data and trading strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with updates to DeFi protocols.
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency.
- Proficiency in one or more blockchain-related programming languages such as Go, Rust, Solidity, or Move.
- Comfortable working in a Linux R&D environment, including Git and related tools.
- Ability to conduct independent research.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in blockchain analytics, DeFi protocols, and MEV.
- Detailed understanding of concrete blockchains on conceptual and/or programming levels.
- Hands-on programming experience in quantitative trading environments.
- Deep comprehension of the EVM and/or the technical underpinnings of other blockchain ecosystems.
- Smart contract design and development expertise.
- Experience with cryptography libraries, digital signatures, and hash algorithms.
