Job Summary:

The Enterprise Sales and Account Management Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING SALES STRATEGIES TO ACQUIRE NEW CORPORATE CLIENTS
  • MANAGING EXISTING ACCOUNTS TO ENSURE RETENTION AND GROWTH
  • ANALYZING CLIENT NEEDS AND IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
  • COORDINATING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DELIVER CLIENT SOLUTIONS
Requirements:
  • COMPLETED BANKING TRAINING OR UNIVERSITY DEGREE
  • SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SUPPORTING AND ACQUIRING LARGER CORPORATE CUSTOMERS IN A BANKING ENVIRONMENT
  • ABILITY TO ANALYZE CLIENT NEEDS AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS TO EFFECTIVELY COORDINATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS
  • HIGH LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND FLEXIBILITY, INCLUDING TRAVEL WITHIN THE MARKET AREA
  • ANALYTICAL STRENGTH AND PRECISE, RELIABLE WAY OF WORKING
  • NATIVE GERMAN SPEAKER, FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND/OR FRENCH IS A PLUS
  • EXISTING NETWORK IN REGIONS OF BERN, FRIBOURG, SOLOTHURN, OR VALAIS IS AN ADVANTAGE
