Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative researcher to join our team at the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be passionate about advancing our efforts in synthetic biology and CRISPR screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in vivo single-cell CRISPR screening experiments using mouse models
- Develop and optimize molecular biology techniques and synthetic biology approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary scientists to advance our research goals
- Communicate effectively in a highly interdisciplinary and international environment
About the Department
The Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering is a highly interdisciplinary department specializing in biological engineering, systems and synthetic biology, bioinformatics and data science, and engineering sciences related to microfluidics and microfabrication. We are located in the ETH Zurich in Basel, Switzerland, and are part of a biomedical research hub with close links to top academic institutions and major biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
