Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wealth Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Relationship Managers and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including updating databases and preparing client documentation.
  • Support the preparation of client visits, including organizing meetings and preparing materials.
  • Assist with internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Provide support with client communication, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or degree in Economics or equivalent, with training in banking products and services.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in a bank or IAM in Switzerland.
  • Good knowledge of wealth management products and services, as well as compliance rules and Swiss regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team and take initiative.
  • Fluent in English, with German and French a plus.
