Job Summary

This is a key role within our team, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong sense of guest needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and care services to our guests at the swimming pool, as well as ensuring compliance with swimming pool regulations and performing daily cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Reception and Care: Be the first point of contact for our guests at the swimming pool, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Safety and Hygiene Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Smooth Spa Operations: Coordinate towel refills, soap dispensers, and beverages to maintain seamless spa operations.
Requirements
  • Lifeguard Certification: A valid lifeguard certification is essential for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required; Italian is a plus.
  • Service Orientation: Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of guest needs are essential.
