Job Description
We are seeking ambitious talents to join our team as Page / Bellman. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. This includes providing exceptional service, ensuring timely resolutions of guest challenges, and taking ownership of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain highest standards of a 5* superior hotel
- Create memorable experiences for our guests
- Offer special touches on arrival and farewell
- Be pro-active and out-going
- Take ownership and responsibility in any part of the operational process
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong interest in hospitality, be eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
