Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the post-trade product portfolio of SIX SIS, identifying new business opportunities and optimization measures.
- Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements, and define the product development roadmap with concrete action measures.
- Initiate change requests and initiatives, preparing and presenting concepts to top management, and ensure successful project implementation as a product stream leader.
- Oversee product financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, monitoring and controlling product revenues and costs, as well as pricing structure.
- Support the relationship and sales management team with expert knowledge in client meetings and maintain product documentation, such as client presentations, product fact sheets, and service guides.
- Conduct research and market analysis, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing product strategies, initiatives, and conceptual analysis.
- Knowledge of the Swiss financial industry, with direct experience in post-trading and securities services.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and results-oriented mindset, and affinity for IT and new technologies.
- Talent for working with diverse stakeholders across a matrix organization, including top management, sales and relationship management, pricing specialists, operations, and IT.
- Experience representing a company in external committees and bodies.
- Fluent command of written and spoken German and English, with knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish an advantage.
