About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Expert to join our team at risktec. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in understanding and translating business needs into digital products that meet the requirements of our development colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements
  • Gather and analyze information from various sources to design and document digital products
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and accurately implemented
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and meetings using design thinking methodologies
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members as required
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with business sense and mental agility
  • At least 3 years of experience in product design, business analysis, project management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
