The Position

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Strategist to help us achieve this vision. As an IT Simplification / Cloud Transformation Consultant, you will guide organizations in transitioning their IT infrastructure, applications, and services to cloud-based solutions.

You will assess current IT environments, develop cloud migration strategies, and execute the transformation roadmap to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will be essential in defining sourcing strategies, selecting providers, and leading complex consulting engagements that deliver lasting value to our customers.

In this role, you will develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet the evolving needs of both IT and business. You'll identify areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. Your impact will extend beyond individual projects, shaping the evolution of our intellectual capital assets and contributing to practice resource development.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years proven experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation, preferably with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native services such as containers, serverless computing, and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

Desirable Skills

  • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong knowledge in French preferred.
